As a Commercial Vehicle Mechanic, you repair and maintain every commercial vehicle that comes in as if it were your own van, whether it's an emergency job or regular maintenance. You are a real team player and ensure that our customers are helped quickly and professionally. At Hoogenboom, you work with the most advanced equipment and have the opportunity to further develop yourself through brand and product training and specific courses. You work in a great team with good guidance.

This position is also very suitable for young, ambitious candidates who want to specialize in automotive electronics.

Important tasks in the role of commercial vehicle mechanic include:

• All necessary repairs and maintenance work on diesel and petrol vans, according to the factory and importer's guidelines and conditions;

• Diagnosing malfunctions;

• Ensuring a clean and representative work environment;

• Complying with all regulations in the areas of Health and Safety, and Environment;

• Participating in all relevant training courses necessary to maintain the required knowledge/skills.

What are we looking for:

We are looking for a mechanic with a passion for the job. Of course, you enjoy working on Volkswagen vans. This position is also very suitable for ambitious candidates who want to specialize in automotive electronics.

We are looking for candidates with:

• A completed Automotive Technician education;

• Driver's license B;

• Affinity with commercial vehicles;

• Interest in learning all electronic systems in our cars;

• Diagnostic specialist or Master Technician is a plus;

• Good communication and social skills.
